RETURN & REFUND

Return conditions:

 Any return request must be reported by email to the following address contact@wathe.fr or via our contact form , within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.

 Following your email, you will receive a return form on your personal email address, it must be completed and included in the return package. The presence of this document is essential for the proper processing of your return. Any package received without a return form, or with an incomplete return form, cannot be processed by our team.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely new, i.e. unworn and in its original packaging, perfectly intact , in the same condition in which you received it. We would like to point out that the shoe box, shoe trees and additional laces are an integral part of your item . Upon receipt of your return, if our department finds signs of wear ( worn, soiled or damaged shoes), that the product is rendered unfit for sale , that the shoe box is abnormally damaged, that accessories are missing (laces, shoe trees, etc.) or that the returned product does not correspond to the one initially ordered, it will be entitled to refuse your return and your product will then be reshipped to you at your request at your expense.

Return procedure:

• Following your email, you will receive a return form on your personal email address. This form must be completed and included in your return package, which must itself comply with all of the conditions set out in the preceding paragraph.

If your return concerns a size error or the product no longer meets your expectations, the return costs are your responsibility.

Upon receipt of your package, if you notice an error in your package (missing item, etc.) or if a product received has a major defect, not seen by our assigned department, the return costs will be our responsibility.

 Refund:

If your return is accepted , the refund will be made automatically via the payment method used when you placed your order.

If your return is refused , you will be informed by email. You will then have the option to have your product reshipped to you at your expense.
